Melonie Phillips has been with Wholesale Electric Supply Co of Houston, Inc. since March of 2017 where she first worked in Strategic Accounts as a Contract Administrator before being promoted to our Houston Operations Manager in September of the same year. Melonie served as Vice President of Operations from 2023 – 2025 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in January 2026.

Melonie came to Wholesale with 22 years of industry experience and 20 years of operations / management experience. She worked for Wesco Distribution for 22 years in a variety of roles, from Quotations to Strategic Accounts, Pricing, Rebates, as well as Branch operations/Region operations management. Melonie has a passion for operations and the business and in her spare time loves spending time with her family, RV’ing, and being a new grandma.
