Tammie has served as Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources at Wholesale Electric Supply Co. of Houston, Inc. since January 2018. In this role, she is responsible for planning and administering the company’s human resources policies for all locations, organizational development, benefits and payroll administration, and creating and implementing talent and performance management programs. She reports directly to the Executive Vice President and serves as a member of the Executive Team.

Prior to joining Wholesale Electric, Tammie held various roles at Alcon as their Sr. Human Resources Generalist, and Interim HR Manager, from August 2010 through January 2017, District Manager at Burnett Specialists from April 1998 through March 2010, and Legal Assistant for O’Quinn and Laminack from March 1996 through March 1998.

Tammie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix in 2008.
