Tammie joined Wholesale Electric in January 2016 and has served as Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and now as Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, she is responsible for planning and administering the company’s human resources policies for all locations, organizational development, benefits and payroll administration, and creating and implementing talent and performance management programs. She also serves as a member of the Executive Team.

Prior to joining Wholesale Electric, Tammie held various roles at Alcon as their Sr. Human Resources Generalist, and Interim HR Manager, from August 2010 through January 2017, District Manager at Burnett Specialists from April 1998 through March 2010, and Legal Assistant for O’Quinn and Laminack from March 1996 through March 1998.

Tammie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix in 2008.
